Based in Woonona, we look after homes from Bulli and Russell Vale down to Dapto and Barrack Heights.
Real jobs from around the northern Illawarra, from Bulli and Woonona down to Barrack Heights.

After a bathroom renovation in Balgownie, we fitted a brass pressure limiting valve straight after the water meter. High mains pressure is hard on new tapware, mixers and flexible hoses, so keeping it in check protects the new fittings and helps them last.

An extension was going in across the front of this Unanderra home, so the gas meter had to move. We relocated the meter and regulator to the side of the house and ran new coated copper gas pipework to reconnect the supply, clearing the way for the builders.

Renewing the sewer line at a Dapto home. We dug out the old pipe and laid new PVC sewer line on a gravel bed with the correct fall, bringing capped inspection openings up to the surface so the line can be checked and cleared easily in future.

Running the underground plumbing services for a new granny flat in Russell Vale. We dug the trench from the main house, laid a bedding of blue metal gravel set to the right fall, and ran new PVC pipe out to the granny flat site, ready for connection.

A new Dux electric storage hot water system for a shed extension in Towradgi, set on a concrete pad. We ran neat copper pipework with an isolation valve, a tempering valve to keep hot water at a safe temperature, and a relief valve drain line.

A hot water replacement in Bellambi with a new Thermann 26 natural gas continuous flow system, mounted on the outside weatherboard wall. It delivers hot water on demand at a safe 50°C, and we fitted new copper and brass connections with isolation valves for easy servicing.

As part of a renovation in Coniston, we replaced the gutters across the whole house. New black gutters were fitted with the right fall to the outlets, and new white downpipes were run down and connected to the stormwater, finishing off the new rear extension and deck.

A hot water replacement in Woonona with a new Thermann continuous flow (instantaneous) system, mounted on the outside brick wall. We ran new copper pipework with isolation valves so the system can be shut off easily for servicing.

Tree roots had worked their way into the old clay sewer line at this Bulli home. We dug out the damaged section, pulled the roots and laid new PVC sewer pipe on a gravel bed with the correct fall, so the line flows freely and the roots can't get back in.

A blocked stormwater line at a Berkeley home. Before clearing it, we ran our drain camera through the pipe to see exactly where the blockage was and what was causing it, so we could fix the problem properly rather than guess.

Renewing an ageing sewer line at a Corrimal home. We brought in our mini excavator to lift the concrete slabs at the front boundary and open up access, so the old pipe could be replaced with new.

A bathroom renovation in Barrack Heights. With the new plumbing roughed in, the shower outlets set in the wall and the room waterproofed, our team set out the floor tiles with a laser line and levelling clips so everything sits flat and true.
Open 6am to 6pm, Monday to Sunday. 24/7 emergency call-out.
